Including the hostile ones, which are usually the fair ones.
Are you a law firm?
No. CLAIM is a startup, and we are careful about the difference. We prepare documents; you send them yourself, in your name. We are never a party to your dispute.
Is the first letter really free?
Yes, and there is no email box in front of it. The AI writes it from your answers, you fill in five gaps, you send it from your own account. Then bring whatever they reply to Claim Care, the assistant at @claim_care_bot — it is worth more than the letter.
Why does the reply matter more than the refund?
A platform usually answers with policy text rather than money — and that text makes a bank take your file seriously. It is the strongest single document this category has, with the highest evidence weight in the published model. Almost nobody has one.
Will I get my money back?
$1,370.87 came back in the pilot: two bank claims closed in the cardholder's favour, and a platform refund. Nothing said here about results rests on more; whether yours comes back, nobody can tell you. What I can promise: if nothing comes back in two weeks, the money comes back to you.
Why should I trust you? Everyone in this space is selling something.
A fair place to start: the scoring model is published with its weights, and the library shows its unfinished edges. The fee is flat, never a percentage, and the check sells nothing when nothing matched. Check any of that before you give us anything.
Do I have to talk to anyone?
No call, no video, no interview. Everything happens in writing, on your schedule. A person answers when you write — nobody puts you on a call.
Is this anonymous?
The check is: no account, no card, and nothing leaves your browser. The paid part comes close: a case code instead of a name, and nobody asks who you are. The evidence carries your life and cannot be anonymous; what we promise is that nobody asks you about it.
What do you do with my screenshots?
Use them to build your documents, then delete them 30 days after the case closes, or sooner if you ask. They are never sold, never shared, and never used to train anything.
Then how does the AI learn?
From anonymized outcomes and pattern combinations, under a checkbox you can decline without losing anything you paid for. Not from your evidence.
Is a real person involved at all?
Yes — a person from Claim Care is one tap away at every step, answers when you write, and takes any case the road cannot place.
What if my situation doesn't match anything?
The check says so, and there is nothing to buy. Below 55 points the product offers no purchase at all — built in, not a policy someone has to remember.
I paid in crypto.
Then there is no dispute route, and nothing we sell would help. We will say that on your result page rather than take your money.
How do I pay for the pack?
Inside Claim Care, the assistant at @claim_care_bot: with Telegram Stars (a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) or in USDT. Access opens, the assistant asks seven questions, and a person reads your documents before you get them.
Are you going after the people who did this?
No. We do not name individuals, accounts or agencies anywhere, and we do not contact anyone. We describe patterns and prepare your documents.
What is the AI never allowed to do?
Five things: decide that a pattern matched — it proposes, you confirm; put a fact in a document that is not in your evidence; estimate the chance that money comes back, to anyone, in any form; name an individual, an account or an agency; write to a bank or a platform as us.
Can something go wrong?
The platform can suspend the account and ask you to repay the disputed amount before restoring it. A claim marked closed is not automatically a claim won. Some banks charge a fee per failed dispute — ask yours first.
How does the two-week guarantee work?
You send the first letter, file with your bank, and bring the replies to your case. Two weeks after your filing, if nothing came back, write to a person — the money comes back to you.
