Each is a shape a conversation takes when the person writing is not the person shown. The check on this site names the one your story matches.

Open weights. The score is arithmetic, not a verdict. Every weight is on /scoring. A written reply from the platform is the strongest evidence there is — 25 points — because a platform’s own words are what a bank reads first.

From those, the assistant builds: the first letter to the platform, the chargeback request with the reason code that fits, the evidence index, and your personal instruction — where to send what, in which order.

Four more when the road needs them. A second letter to the platform after refusal or silence · a supplemental when the bank asks for more · a request for second review after a refusal · a complaint to the bank’s regulator by country (US · UK · EU · CA · AU).
