The assistant is the heart of the space. Everything else exists so that it can do its work.

What it holds. Your whole case: the eight answers, every document, every reply from the platform and the bank, every screenshot, the chronology, where the clock stands. It never asks you to repeat yourself.

What it does. Reads the platform’s and the bank’s replies and names what they mean. Builds the next document from the specifics of that reply. Answers your questions in plain words — two to five lines, no forms. Reminds you when it’s time. Tells you what to do now and what comes next, and takes the doubt out of the step.

What it learns from. Anonymous outcomes — pattern, platform, network, what worked, timings — from closed cases, under a consent you give before you pay. Never your evidence. Never your name.

What it measures about itself. Time from payment to documents, questions it had to re-ask, which document reached the bank, which round closed the case, where a person stepped in. It reads those numbers before every case, so the next one is sharper.

Limits, in the open. Thirty calls and twenty images per case. Every call is logged with its cost. When a case needs a person, a person takes it — in the same chat.

If the assistant is ever offline. The road still runs: documents, rounds, timers, check-ins. Free questions get one line — “Thank you for choosing CLAIM. A person will answer you in this chat.” — and land with a person the same day.

Built from real cases. Not a legal service. No outcome is promised.
