The road is the same for everyone, and the assistant walks it with you.

Round one — the platform. Send the first letter. It asks two things in writing: was the account operated by someone else, and were the messages written by the person shown. A check-in comes in three days. Refund → done. Refused or silent → the second letter, and the bank round starts in parallel.

Round two — the bank. File the chargeback request with the evidence index and chronology. Halfway check-in in three business days, full in five. Credit → a check-in in thirty days, then done. Asked for more → a supplemental, built from what they asked. Refused → a request for second review with the reason code spelled out.

Round three — the regulator. A second refusal or silence opens the complaint to the bank’s regulator or ombudsman — CFPB, FOS, ADR, OBSI, AFCA — with the dated chronology and both letters attached.

Between steps. The assistant writes to you every two days: what happened, what to do now, what comes next, and one line against the doubt. Nothing waits on a person unless the road has no place for it — then a person takes it, one tap away.

Money came back. Say it in the bot. The case closes, you leave a word, and an anonymous example of what worked joins the method.

If nothing comes back in two weeks, the money comes back to you.
